SCHART HEALTH LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 working days after payment is made for purchasing credits on our website. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if 3 working days after payment is made is completed.

• SCHART HEALTH LLP does not accept cancellation requests after 3 working days after payment is made.

•  If at anytime during your these 3 days of using our services you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan. Please note it’ll take 7-10 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer 

Exception to our Refund Policy

There will be strictly no refund (FULL OR PRO-RATED) in cases where your account is terminated or suspended or blocked by STOCKHEALTH for activities that are in violation of our Terms of Service including, but not limited to phishing, impersonation, fraud, and violation of any applicable laws.
